Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A DS should earn more than associates. A KC should earn more than a DS. The company should pay more for health insurance, lowering the pay deductions for employees. The store "plan" is too high, making bonus dollars minimal. % vrs plan, as opposed to making most $ in district.
