overall my experience with HD is good, pay could be higher, they got great benefits but the base pay is low and with only 25-30 cent raises yearly, its sad. otherwise its not a bad place to work

very active in promoting employee morale with parties, celebrations, etc
What do you like best about the leadership team?
overall they are great, they dont micromanage, let me do my job most of the time
What is the best part about your compensation package?
wages could be higher, you start off $11 or w/e the state min wage is if its higher then that. For the work we do, should be quite a bit more and HD could afford it too
