the associates get along most of the time

being able to share similar experiences with terrible customers.

the benefits, although they are expensive the options to choose from are great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
at my hiring store, management was great and I had met 2 managers who interviewed me back-to back.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management does not listen, and customers get away with verbally harassing associates. these are just a few reasons why I am dissatisfied at work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Home Depot's leadership team should accept advice and opinions from all associates, rather than only listening to the CEO and management, because they are not the ones that interact with customers.
