What is the best part about your compensation package?
The med plans are not as good as some smaller retail chains. Premiums keep going with less coverage.

We respect each others ideas and suggestions. We all know what needs to be done and we work together to make it happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a close management team and work well together and that sets a good example for our associates. Our customers often comment on how well we work together.
