at first I loved my job. It was easy to complete tasks and easy to be pleasant to customers. Now I hear more about what I'm not doing well as opposed to what I am.
What did you like most about the interview process?
IT was very quick and to the point and conversational.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very clique-y. As mentioned before you have to be friends with the right people to get any advancement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Whata makes me most happy is my hard work being recognized and acknowledged as well as my pleas to move out of my department that I have been making for the past 5 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I feel like you have to be friends with the right people to even move to a different department or get promoted. Hard work and being above and beyond only count when it benefits them. If the yearly raises were more reasonable I'd feel more valued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I wish leadership would find better ways to boost employee morale. Over worked and underpayed. Yearly raises are a joke- not even 50 cents. But if you're in high school or just need some side money then it's ideal for you. Not enough hours or pay for a main sustainable salary
