What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cooks for us on holidays. They also celebrate small victories like when some gets a credit card.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel I've made some lasting friends here and I look forward to seeing them and getting the opportunities to work with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get paid enough to support myself on my own. It is a struggle. I would like to be paid enough to live comfortably and afford unexpected expenses
What did you like most about the interview process?
I've always gotten really nervous before an interview but the manager that did my interview was laid back and relaxed about it. He made me feel more comfortable once we started talking
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I happened to have a great leadership team. My manager wanted me to succeed and helped my grow as an associate to because better at my job and help the company make more money
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of the team is willing to work and work as a team. Unfortunately there will always be that one person or few people that just wants a pay check and isn't willing to work for it.
