What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a real sense of community in our store.people are concerned about each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the 401k match. It is great to get that extra money to put in savings for retirement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and cooperation. We all have our strengths and each of us are free to use and polish those strengths.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love people! I like to make them happy. I believe that a pleasent shopping experience makes most people feel good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like knowing we havee a direction we are going, we all know the plan. It is great to work as a team
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt it was pretty straight forward, there was no doubt about what job I was willing for and I knew what my job would be.
