My time at the company has had its ups and downs, as I'm sure many others have. This makes for a great job, if you are doing this while at school or for another part time job. They work with your schedules.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great to get along with and if there are needs you require, they usually try accommodate it for you.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was pretty straight forward. Some managers like to add their own flavor to the questions, hoping to get some more creative answers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Home Depot likes to give off a feeling of "family". You do see that people tend to interact more with each other than at other places.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly pay is not the best, you can find more competitive pay in almost any other retailer now. The benefits that they offer are ok as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Your team is what could make or break this job for you. If you have people that you get along with and are willing to work with you, then you are set.
What makes you most happy at work?
The best thing about going to work, is being able to work with your other co-workers. If you make great friends out of them, they will always be willing to help you out with any task at work.
