I enjoy working there a great deal, however I have not accepted a different position in the company due to I would be making approx the same pay with a lot more responsibilites and stress.

My co-workers and the customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat everyone equally no matter your status with the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im saving for my future and it does not entirely impact my weekly pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a good time, help each other and support each other emotionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated equally, and everyone's holidays and days of worship are recognized by the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The company was willing and able to look past some shortcomings due to my impeccable work history.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to see the raise increase go up as I know we all deserve more pay.
What do you like best about your company?
The fact that each day I go in I know I am working the best I can and feel as though I accomplished my tasks.
