Most of them really are great people and help you learn.

Every day that the "lead" person is off and I dont have to work with her.

In customer service, we take people's problems and hopefully fix them so they walk away happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel we should all start at $15 per hour. I also think we should get an employee discount.
