The company has their favorites they work the ones they are not their favorite harder than they do the other ones and don't acknowledge us for what we do for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because they overwork me take advantage of my skills and knowledge put pressure on me more than anybody else and I do a lot of things that I don't get paid enough for what will make me feel better if they go up on MyPay stop depending on me all the time
