
As an associate gains an above average knowledge in various departments management should at the very least show they value that associate. That doesn't necessarily mean more money.
While there are occasional morning associate meetings those that work routinely at other times are not EVER communicated with regarding the subject of those meetings leaving the associate feeling like they are NOT part of a team.
Very little. The department managers and interviewee did not know what department the potential associate was interviewing for. Only the store manager seem to have a clue. Lower level store management was cleary embarrassed.
Leadership team in the store plans poorly. Having been in upper level management for more than 30 years before retiring the lack of respect for employees is surprising and goes against what the company claims is it's core values.
