Working at home depot is a great experience. The managers are very responsive and help with anything they can. I work in the Detroit location with Lisa Alambaugh . With her knowledge and her expertise she is one of the best managers I have worked for in my 34 year career in the sales industry.

The customers. We have such a diverse clientele.

My team helps each other. At anytime I can call any of them and there always there to help me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have all types of insurance available to us. We have short term and long term disability that Home Depot pays for. Now that's amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leaders care about there staff. At Home Depot I am not just a number. My manager pushes me to succeed and become one of the best. She never says anything negative but keeps all her team positive.
