My jobs title and description requires a fair share of large resets. During resets there can be; beam work, consistent heavy lifting, building/installing fixtures or opposite, and (de)merchandising large awkward items. I'm only paid 50¢ more than positions that aren't as physical or strenuous
That are very diversified and inclusive in their staffing, in all areas. They don't gender discriminate. i.e. that's a 'mans/womans' job. The members of my team speak/stand up for each other, include everyone, and make everyone feel like no one is better or worse than another. Everyone's supportive
Doing a project in lighting that requires removal of old display lights, setting product in bay, and building and installing new display lights. The more displays and wiring, the happier I am about it! Also knowing if I'm ever stuck on something or confused, someone will always at least try helping
I interviewed during COVID-19, so it was a bit different of an interview than I'm used to. Once my interview was over, I was taken into the office to immediately to submit my background check info and get the hiring and onboarding process started quickly do I could begin with even quicker
They're very helpful. Will help when needed or teach when the chance is presented. Offer guidance, advice, or tips if they see someone having a difficult time/struggling. They help me execute my job with more efficiency. When a hand's needed at end of day, the whole team pitches in until all is done
