What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How encouraged and appreciated my bosses make all of us feel. It's very nice to always feel included on details of the store. I really appreciate that my hard work is valued and my leaders want me to be comfortable and happy, their encouragement pushes me to work harder.
