Very friendly coworkers who help make otherwise unbearable retail conditions like minimal or no AC during a heatwave more tolerable. It feels like a family on the level of coworkers, but feels like higher management could care less if we burn to death as long as they gett extra bonus pay.

I feel like all associates have a pretty good understand what each other are going through.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are great! Very helpful! No complaints there. Though maybe HR associates shouldn't be allowed to go on vacation during enrollment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting to know employees would be a start. My standard for good management is that they are someone who wouldn't ask me to do something they wouldn't be willing to do themselves. Its rare I see even some department supervisors doing any kind of down stocking, with some positive exceptions.
