Schedules are not negotiable. Vacation days are standardized based on time with the company. Absolutely zero performance based benefits. No comission, no rated bonus...
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interviews are done by HR that has zero clue of what the job actually is or requires. They're just there to try and filter out liability.
