Our leadership team needs to have respect for one another. There is not a day i come into work feeling welcomed and respected. Every time i talk to some managers or CEC's is just another reminder that i should put in my two weeks. I want to feel respected and that me and my work matters.

I feel undervalued becuase of how certian managers have treated me and they created such a hostile enviorment that i never wanted to show up to work. I felt uncomfortable and intimated by certain mods and cecs. They only cared about the tjx credit card and money. I did not feel sense of belonging.

More benefits and higher pay . McDonalds employees are getting paid more hourly and they even have paid breaks/meal. A minimum of 4 hour shifts deserves a meal. Especially if employee is pregnant . This corporation is inhumane and I don't even recommend shopping at this store or sistering stores.

Most employees are rude . I just come in to do my job and leave. Only 2 of the assisant managers are nice. The general manager isnt nice and all he cares about is getting stock out of the back room and how the store looks. He does care about the fact the line to check out has 20 people in it.

They need to pay their associates better. The pay is not good at all for all the work that you have to do. Especially with inflation and prices going up the pay needs to be raised. The managers need to do better and treat associates better.
