additional compensation will do and bonuses. activities for agents that can make them happy and will fell appreciated in the company like grocery cheques or package. admins will always answer that it will depend on the account. but clients are paying the company . company should be working on this.

With all of the negative things that happened in less than a year. The company culture plummets drastically. If there solution is to pay employees less or force tenured employees to leave their post for a better opportunity and hire newbies that they can pay less, then is is a problem
