The leadership team truly shows their support and helps as much as possible with any questions you may have. They will also work with you on your schedule if you have events or appointments that you need to attend.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as an assembler, and did the job 2 times in the 4 months i worked at tractor supply. The assembly job was being done by the one assistant managers father which did not and was not asked to do any other job in the store. But everyone else had to and me with my disability was forced to

The good people that worked there left because of the terrible attitude of the 2 assistant managers. I am looking for legal representationfor a disability law suit. I have a below the knee amputation
