My team members are the best! We have developed more than a co-worker relationship, we are friends. Simple things are having pot-lunches and swapping shifts if someone needs to take an unexpected day off.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Quit with the gossiping and drama. Should be more supportive of others ability in wanting to learn and better themselves rather then finding ways to complain. Where there's girls there's drama. So quit with the high school act and grow up!

Unethical behavior is covered over. Management doctors numbers because that is how they keep their jobs.
