Management gains personally from the organization, goes on trips and eats meals on VOA's dime. They need to listen to employees and take care of their clients.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very reliable we don't limit ourselves to just our caseload. We help each other out. They are amazing to work with. I really wouldn't wanna work with anybody else. They are the reason why I still work at my site.

Change from above-the company needs to be changed from CEO on down. Most dishonest people I have ever worked for. And they are a 'church'.
