I work few hours for basic pay but we have a great break room stocked with water to keep us hydrated. Have fruit and other items available .

I do a lot of extra things for everyone and feel like I should be paid more.

There is too much gossip and drama between management. No matter how good or hard of a worker you are they wont give you hours which results in little pay

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay the employees more. After nearly a decade with the company, I still make less than 10 dollars an hour. Ridiculous.

Lately young people in charge drama and the occaisionally rude customer can throw a wrench in things. Perhaps the trouble makers should be held accountable instead of others innocents. Also positive huddles on the rude customers to boost the moral. they can be quite cruel.
