Workday is truly special. I have never worked at a company with a culture like this before, people generally seem to stay for a very long time before moving on because of the culture. It is a large company so there can be bureaucracy, but joining Workday is the best decision I have ever made.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to go out of their way to help each other, even outside the team. I can message someone working in another department on the other side of the world and still get a response and help.
