Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Workday's Bay Area centric approach creates significant imbalance between peers. There is not a true 30%+ cost of labour difference between Bay Area and Dublin, Ireland.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Leaders in organisations should understand that who and what got Workday to this point, is not the same as what is required to get Workday to the next level.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Foster a culture of being able to challenge status quo effectively. People pleasing and "alignment at all costs" is costing Workday millions of dollars in internally wasted time and in results.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to Employees, and nurturing a culture of being able to disagree without being personal. Actively engage with the notion that Pleasanton is 1 office, it is not THE office. If Workday is to be global, the internal machinations of work should be global too.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Workday has promoted a cult-like approach of "everything is great". SMEs are ignored, experience is derided, nothing is ever finished. It can be improved by actively prioritising, triaging and addressing issues openly & removing silos. BT should not be telling the business users what is a priority
