What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is varied in its background and I feel like we bounce ideas off each other more that I have at previous jobs and it makes our final products much stronger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's positive attitude, no workplace is perfect, but I haven't worked anywhere where people give you feedback, are interested in what you do, and want the best outcome for everyone involved in the project.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to do actual work that I enjoy, I get to be creative, use skills I haven't been able to before, and that I have a manager that supports me and doesn't stifle my creativity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One of the reasons I joined Workday is because of the culture. I genuinely feel like people care about you, what you do, and what they do. It makes me wake up and want to go to work because people aren't just cutting corners and checking out.
