Mixed. Significant turnover has made it difficult to be effective. I sometimes feel my leader is only interested in furthering themselves and filling positions with friends from a previous company. Most of our LT is male. Recently there was a cliquey culture at Sr. levels, that has since improved.

I love the focus on people and fun.

Seeing coworkers and learning how to do new things.

The strategic focus is clear and well communicated across the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am glad we still get a combination of stock grants along with bonus and a competitive salary. When I first joined, my salary was below market, but has since adjusted.
