I think I should be brought up to at least the mid point which I am not at this time

The people care and share information openly. We work as one unit and achieve our goals together. Workday does a great job at choosing the right people for each position
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are amazing to work with, it makes the day so much easier. I also feel my values align with the company so I see purpose in what I do!
