I am new but my opinion is still valued similarly to a senior member of our team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although I am a contractor I have had communications up to the VP level. Although the org is big I don't feel like I am being lost in the shuffle and that I have access to my leaders if I need them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its a mix of fun and development at all levels. Someone is always there if I have a question or just want to chat and relax from the day to day stress. I have never met my team in person but we have a balance of personal and professional. Things feel light even when we are driving hard deadlines.
