Workday is secure, stable, and good if you like to "rest and vest." Career growth is terrible, though, so you'll hit a ceiling fast. The "Workday culture" has suffered greatly through COVID, and we're very Oracle-like now. It's not what it used to be.

I know what other big tech companies pay, and we're below them. We don't have a special "Workday culture" to make up for it anymore either. We're just another big enterprise company.
