there is room to make mistakes and grow and be honest about not knowing - you are encouraged to learn an find out and use it to add value, as opposed to be penalized

There is a fabulously supportive culture - everyone is eager and willing to help each other. Information sharing is seen as supportive and good (other employer's I have worked at the culture is that information-hoarding makes you indispensable)
