Transparency on the company calls. They really outline where we're going as a company, growth strategies, struggles, and then make you feel valued and appreciated.

The company clearly shows that it's actively engaged in promoting employee happiness. That's through roll-outs of new perks & benefits, programs and campaigns, training and development, promotions and acknowledgement of work, and overall camaraderie
