Employee work life balance is greatly valued. Employees are provided with a lot of helpful benefits and also opportunities to participate in various events throughout the year

Interaction with other teammates and interesting work. Work is usually not very hectic which leaves me time to work upon myself as well every now and then

The compensation package comes with RSU which allow me to be a part of the company and be more invested. The package is also aligned with the market price fairly and makes it worth working for

The support from the teammates is always great. Since the first day its been a continuous effort by the team to make sure that no one is left behind and everyone is comfortable in the work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to identify the issues of the employees and address them, a great way to keep the motivation high. The leadership keeps the goals clear and available to people which allows us to know where we are headed
