It's a great company in propaganda & in benefits. However it's often better in propaganda than in benefits. I'd like to see much more flexibility in terms of working hours and location. Also a better culture in compensation & promotions.

The clubs and celebrations of special dates and occasions. Vibe for example.
What makes you most happy at work?
The salary and knowing I'm making a difference for the customers building a better product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because it takes years to really get a recognition. Management wants you to perform for years as a higher position to then consider a proper raise and promotion. I see discrepancies among salaries of European citizens & foreigners, not even mentioning the "normal" between woman an man salaries.
