I joined Workday over 7 years ago, and it has been the best decision I've made professionally. Everybody is so welcoming, always trying to help when needed. It really feels like a family.

Overall, I like it. I would like to have the RSUs to mature earlier, though.

They have a clear vision and they have a plan that is ambitious but carefully thought.

The quarterly bonuses are always welcome. The accelerators are great incentives when the work load is heavy
