Workday focuses hard on hiring people with the right skills as well as ensuring they fit the company culture. Everyone gets along well on my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Workday grants employees RSU's. Although the stock is down lately, if one holds those shares they are highly likely to appreciate significantly with the company's high growth rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Of all the places I have worked, I think Workday has the best management team. They have a set of core values they use to lead the direction of the company.
