As a distributed work team, we all still make the effort to reach out for help and everyone always steps up to respond when asked. This makes it easier to get projects done by pooling our knowledge and expertise.

We are a very collaborative company. I can reach out to anyone and they will always get back to me. If they cannot help, they will recommend someone that can and make sure there is an introduction. This happens at all levels within the company.
