Most of my team members are collaborative and hard-working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am definitely not a P3 employee. I have much more experience in the field I'm in and the leveling is just off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership teams need to be more transparent about structural changes within the company. There were many layoffs that happened after we were told they wouldn't be happening. It makes a lot of people feel uneasy about their work.
