I've been at Workday 3 years and recently had the opportunity to step into a new role. It's been inspiring to me that I have an opportunity to leverage my skills and connections to help support me during a growth period. Truly amazing!

We walk our talk - we truly care about one another

I believe the "total pay", which includes salary, bonus and annually refreshed RSU's.

They take the time to know my whole self, they are kind and they are super smart

The benefits package is terrific and goes well beyond the standard items. The comp is compelling with base, bonus and RSU refresh.

I have challenging and creative work that makes a difference to our customers. I enjoy interacting with my team mates every day.

The leadership team is clear on our company strategy, but equally they walk our talk about our core values and truly employees are at the center of everything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their is a unique spirit about being supportive and kind, while having healthy debates and differences of opinions. I also feel heard, and I have become a better listener.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me personally it is that my peers and leadership care about me holistically. There are times in our lives we need more support or understanding and they are times that we can help others. There is a transparency that is safe here, that I haven't felt anywhere else.
