The people - everyone is very open and eager to do whatever needed to bring you up to speed / make you successful.

Although I am relatively new to the Company, my general feeling is that Workday isn't trying to be anyone else, we are comfortable with our path and doing things our way. And so far that way has a strong culture, sensible approach and tries to always do the right thing.
