Best. Team. Ever. So supportive and people aren't concerned with who "gets the credit" for things. It's truly a team effort, and that's hard to find in many corporate environments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you don't negotiate a high salary or are hired at a lower job level than you are qualified for when you join, you can lag behind peers in comp, even if you are producing more and providing more valuable work.
