Workday is doing great at keeping employees happy, providing for them by coming to where they are and the VIBE has been great. What is challenging is the complexity of the products and lack of knowledge transfer that makes it very very difficult and time consuming for a new employee to onboard.

They are all always willing and available to help. Very approachable and kind.

Honesty and friendliness of employees. Work life balance is great and the culture of being there to support each and everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to make sense of the system and learn something new about it with ease. This is VERY RARE.
