I've been here for 5 years and I can't imagine being anywhere else. This is mainly down to the employees at my office who I now class as my friends

They are all very approachable, inclusive and make you feel valued as an employee

Option of fertility treatment is a game changer for a lot of us who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford it

Their work ethic and how everyone is always there to support each other, even if it isn't of benefit to them

The newly introduced fertility treatment funding we have available to us. This is very important to both single women and couples who are trying for a family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Workmates. I have a very strong and supportive team, but the London Workmates are always there to support and encourage. I feel very lucky to be surrounded by so many wonderful people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can't comment as our leadership team has gone through a lot of changes recently, it would be interesting to see the new approach and how this affects employees later on down the line
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the London office we are all like a big family. Everyone is friendly, supportive and we enjoy each others company in social situations outside of work. The parties and events are crucial to bringing everyone together and for employeees to meet and connect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The EMEA REW team are a small but powerful team. We strive to provide the best environment for our Workmates to do their best work, create and implement many initiatives to drive connection, collaborate on multiple renovation projects, and are partners in high level changes and acquisitions
