Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better stock grants. It is going down each year while my controbution is staying at very high level each year and the feedback i recieve does reflect the strong contribution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They r focusing on right business areas for company's grown. Shoul also invest more on retaining good resources with competive packages . Many times i hear i am doing great with great 360 feedback but when it comes to yearly compensation, it is getting worse specially stock assignment.
