Some of the best things about my team is that we have let ourselves have fun at all times. Meetings aren't only for work, we take time to decompress and catch up with one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like best that the leadership teams does their best to remain transparent in matters that affect the entire workforce, even if it's after an announcement that may raise questions. They work to address those questions.
