My experience in the P&P organization has been challenging and fast paced. The culture ans values initially attracted me to the company, but they are beginning to evolve. Overall im fairly satisfied with the company but unsatisified with the pay, w/l balance and opportunities for advancement.

Amazing coworkers are part of the Workday glue that holds us all together and keeps us around longer than we may have otherwise wanted to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Workday is really our secret sauce. A lot of great people who want to see others succeed and provide support to each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workday is not competitive with pay compared to other tech companies in the same space. The YoY pay increae opportunitities are minimal and not consistent or guaranteed.
