When I first joined Workday I was so surprised at how supportive all of my colleagues were (including those on other teams) and genuinely wanted everyone to succeed and grow. I now realize this was the type of company and culture I was always hoping to find and spend the rest of my career with.

I've never been in an organization where there is so much support and excitement for everyone's achievements and success. All companies may say they have a supportive culture, but Workday and our Workmates LIVE it.
