What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an open relationship with our team. We know that we can bring up issues in a safe space and once it's brought up, we work through it as a team and everyone has a say, so it's a really collaborative environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Workday does an amazing job of providing Workmates with everything they need to take care of themselves and their families, the benefits are very comprehensive and very affordable, and they add new benefits annually to address new employee obstacles, like physical and mental health.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate what is happening in the company constantly, and we have many opportunities at Workmates to ask questions and provide feedback as well as solutions to issues we deal with daily. They listen, and action is very common once underlying issues have been identified. They are great!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I make a difference and that my voice is being heard, and listened to. I love the team I work on and the work we are doing to advance our success in Talent Acquisition, and being an important factor in the overall growth and success of Workday.
