I am stressed. Our organizaiton is attemtping to make us into factory workers spitting out code and product. We have lost all fun and value of being at this company. Day to day is hand slaps and intimidation.

We need our leadership to stop getting in the way. Its enough to provude us with the objectives. We dont need constant checks and charts
