I feel psychologically safe. I haven't felt discriminated against since joining. The work is interesting. Good experience overall. I would like more transparency on salary. I also think that it's too difficult to get salary increases and promotions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Now that job ads are required to publish salary brackets, I realize that I'm making less at Workday than other companies. I would also like salary ranges to be published to employees for all posts.
